By accessing or using ScoutdHQ ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users including players, scouts, clubs, and agents. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice posted on this page.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ScoutdHQ. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Clubs and organisations must have authority to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of their entity.
To use most features of ScoutdHQ, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Players — may create profiles showcasing their football statistics, attributes, and highlights to attract interest from scouts, clubs, and agents.
Scouts — may browse player profiles, shortlist players, and contact players on behalf of their affiliated club.
Clubs — may post opportunities, review player profiles, and use scouting tools to identify transfer targets.
Agents — may represent players on the platform and facilitate connections between players and clubs. Agents must only represent players for whom they have authorisation.
You agree not to use ScoutdHQ to:
Your content: You retain ownership of the content you post on ScoutdHQ, including profile information, posts, and media. By posting content, you grant ScoutdHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
Our content: The ScoutdHQ platform, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.
Your use of ScoutdHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ScoutdHQ enables connections between users. Connection requests require acceptance by the recipient. Messages sent through the Platform must comply with our Acceptable Use policy. We reserve the right to remove messages that violate these Terms.
ScoutdHQ does not facilitate or guarantee any employment, transfer, or agency agreement. Any contracts or arrangements made between users are solely between those parties.
ScoutdHQ offers both free and premium ("ScoutdHQ Pro") features. Premium features are subject to a subscription fee as displayed on the Platform. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCOUTDHQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, INCLUDING SCOUTING OPPORTUNITIES, CONTRACTS, OR TRANSFERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOUTDHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
